Diplomat Beach Resort, as the name suggests, is a serene resort |

made up of comfortable accommodation, beach front access and |
| |
|
other facilities situated fifty (50) meters to the beach front. |
|
|
It is located on the 19 Beach crescents in Nungua, Suburb of Accra- |
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
the Capital of Ghana. It is a private company incorporated in Ghana |
|
|
in July 2004 to carry on Business as a Beach Resort offering accom- |
|
|
modation facilities. |

The Resort which at present consist of eight (8) apartments of twelve |
|
|
(12) rooms with Kitchens and Dinning facilities, is registered |
|
|
with Ghana Tourist Board and is entitled to all incentives provided |
| by the investment code of Ghana. The resource also has Accra Metro Certificate to operate, Ghana Fire Service and Environmental |
| Protection Agency approvals. |
| Diplomats Beach Resort has been conceived as a business and leisure resort. It will provide serene atmosphere for both local and interna- |
| tional business people, provide recreation for domestic and internal Tourists and will serve as a base for exploring tourist attraction in both |
| the coastal areas and hinterlands of Accra. The owner of the resort wishes to develop a thirty-room block to augment the existing room |
| facilities. |
| You may not notice anything special when you are about to enter Diplomats beach resort , although you may have an inkling of what is in |
| store for you. A really good beach resort provides an experience that is slow in unfolding, a pleasant revelation of inner qualities that |
| combine to form an integrated whole. Once you are inside, this unifying concept will gradually become apparent. You will sense that a great |
| deal of thought and tradition are at its core. |
